Covid-19 Rules & Regulations

All students to queue outside before class, Adhering to Social distancing .
No Parents allowed in the building unless your child is attending the Twinkles class 3-4 yrs . Car Park available .
Please keep your mobile on hand incase communication for a medical emergency needs to be made.
Reception closed : No cash handling : All Students must re register via our new online software now in place for the safety of all our customers & teachers.
Students enter one at a time via the Main entrance doors .
A manual temperature check via an Infrared Digital Temperature Thermometer may be taken along with mandatory hand sanitisation before they enter the studio.
If a Temperature of 37.8oc or above is detected any student will not under any circumstances be allowed in the building and must go home immediately.
Please do not bring your child if they are ill in any way and especially stay vigilant to Covid-19 symptoms of a new persistent cough, high fever or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Any student who is ill in any way will not be allowed into the building and will be sent home.
All students to come already dressed for class under clothes .
Main entrance door will be locked during each class .
Please arrive 5 mins before your class starts . If late you will have to buzz/ring the teacher to be allowed in. The teacher will come at a convenient time as not to disrupt the class.
Each Student will have their own bag station or box to place their coat , shoes and a small bag with a bottle of water. No food allowed.
Each student will have their own place marked out on the studio floor safely measured to adhere to social distancing regulations.
No formation, partner work or physical contact between students will be made until further notice.
Face covering or masks are optional and can be worn during class.
A strict one at a time to the toilet rule . Teachers have separate toilets.
There is 15 minutes between each class to adhere to Covid-19 Safety regulations.
At the end of class students will exit through the fire door at the side of the studio leading onto the carpark . Sanitising their hands upon exit. Please be on time for pick up as doors are locked during all classes.
Cleaning will be carried out at all the main touch points : Toilets, Door handles, Bag stations etc in-between every class.
Next class will then be let in and the cycle starts again.
The premises is cleaned at the end of every day with a weekly deep clean before the Monday of the TTT classes starting .

General Terms & Conditions:

1 RESPONSIBILITIES

. (a) These terms and conditions and any enrolment forms you have signed or will sign constitute an agreement between you and The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts in connection to classes or any services superseding any prior agreement

(b) Attendance at class is deemed to be acceptance of the current terms and conditions

(c) It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts of any illness/injury that may affect the students participation at class .

(d) It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that we have the correct details for you and the student/s and keep us updated of any changes to health or mental well being.

(e) It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to check our website / Social Media and read all communication by The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts in order to be fully aware of all upcoming events & info.

(f) The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts has a uniform and strives to maintain a high standard of appearance.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure their child wears the correct uniform and correct footwear .The TTT will not take any responsibility for accidents that may happen due to wrong or unsuitable items of uniform or footwear during class.

. (g) Uniform orders are made through our online shop and throughout the year.

(h) It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure each student arrives promptly for commencement of the class/es they are enrolled in and picked up on time after their last class . The TTT does not take any responsibility for any child once they have left the building .

i ) All Covid-19 Safety Regulations and procedures at the The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts that have now been put into place since Sept 2020 must be adhered too and fully respected. Failure to do so will lead in being asked to leave the premises immediately

2 PAYMENT

(a) Payment of fees to The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts must be made by monthly payments online via our payment software, Bacs or Paypal . A non disputable payment for all classes expected to attend must be paid for every month within the Triple Threat term time for all classes despite non attendance including illness or school trips until communication that the contract has been deceased. Extra Payments made for uniform / workshops / Show rehearsals or otherwise will be a one of payment and communicated by The Triple Threat as and when needed.

At the discretion of the Triple Threat , medical , funeral, wedding or unpredicted personal situation reasonings will be given grace of non payment for an agreed reasonable time only if communication is made to the principal at the time of reason.

. (b) The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts reserves the right to refuse entry to any pupil whose fees have not been paid by the given date .

. (c) It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts of any holidays where the student will not be present for classes; failure to inform the Academy after two weeks of absence within term time may result in presuming your child has left and their space being offered to another child.

(d) There will be no refunds for a student sitting out of class for any reason once they have entered and the class has commenced

(e) . All classes within the Triple Threat stated Term time must be paid for despite non attendance . We close within the school holidays and workshops are offered as a replacement at times. The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts reserve the right to take further legal action following non payment .

(f) Classes cancelled by the Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts do not require payment. In an event of an emergency classes where possible will try to be re scheduled but the Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts do not hold any obligation to a refund .

. (g) For Students wishing to leave the Triple Threat we strongly encourage verbal notice to be given . No refunds are given for any student deciding to leave before the end of their pre paid monthly payments.

. 3 STUDENTS/CLASSES

(a) The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts can only be responsible for the wellbeing of the students during class time and will not be held responsible for the safety of the student when they are within the waiting areas or outside of the premises. This includes due to late pickups.

(b) Students must ensure they adhere to all Health & Safety whilst in class and throughout the studio & building.

(c) It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure a DISCLAIMER is completed & signed online via our registration for the student files

(d) The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to student clothing or property at any time.

(e) To enable a student to understand certain correction, physical contact may be necessary; all staff are qualified in their line of teaching and have a valid DBS certificate .

(f) On some occasions photographs / videos may be taken for the show dvd & use on the Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts Social Media sites for marketing or advertising purposes only. This includes after any student has left the Triple Threat. No footage can be tagged by other members of family this is for the purpose of The Triple Threat Academy of Performing Arts only.
